Home Health Aide Services

At Mother's Care Home Health Services, we assist our patients with personal care and hygiene, help with meal preparation and provide light housekeeping. Most importantly, we monitor and report the patients's health status and level of function to the different discipline involved. Whatever the hour may be, our licensed practitioners are readily available to cater to your medical needs.

Physical Therapy Services

We provide rehabilitative services geared towards the improvement of functional mobility and safe functioning of the patient in the home which includes but is not limited to strength, endurance, balance, and ambulation improvement

Occupational Therapy

Our Occupational Therapists train and assist our patients so that they can regain their ability to safely perform activities of daily living and self care. This service helps our patients achieve the highest level of function possible.

Speech - Language Pathology Therapy

This service we provide focuses on improving the communication skills of the patient. We provide assessment, rehabilitation and provisions pertinent to the compensatory mechanisms to patients with communications, memory as well as patients with swallowing problems.

Medical - Social Worker Services

Through this service we assess how the patient present illness or disability and how his or her condition impact the social and emotional spectrum of the patient, as well as how it affects the family and or immediate caregiver. We assist in locating financial resources and community services.
